The collision had involved four cars and was caused by a grey Toyota MR2 registration number LS06 GBU. The Toyota had been reported stolen from Bourne Close, Isleworth between 6pm and 10pm on 22 October 2008 and was later found abandoned in Woodstock Avenue, Southall.
Josie Mullaney had been a passenger in one of the cars. She had been taken to hospital but died six days later on 1 November 2008 from a head injury.
Josie Mullaney had been married for 39 years and had worked for British Airways for 39 years and had only recently retired.
